Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment. Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures. Ability to pass Basic Skills Test Ground Maintenance Equipment Used: Power tools (drill, saw, etc.), hand tools, welder (gas and electric air), concrete mixer, mower, weed trimmer, blower, edger, and garden tools.
