JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Federal Programs provides strategic leadership, oversight, and administration of the District's federal, local, and grant-funded programs. This position ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, aligns funding and program initiatives with District priorities, supports continuous school improvement efforts, and collaborates with district and building leaders to maximize resources that improve student achievement. The Director serves as the primary liaison for federal program implementation, monitoring, reporting, and accountability.
