Direct and oversee all phases of federal programs, including planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Lead the development, submission, and management of the District's Consolidated Application and other required federal program applications. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing federal funding programs. Provide leadership and technical assistance to district and building administrators regarding federal program requirements and compliance expectations.
