Direct and oversee all phases of federal programs, including planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Lead the development, submission, and management of the District's Consolidated Application and other required federal program applications.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing federal funding programs.
Provide leadership and technical assistance to district and building administrators regarding federal program requirements and compliance expectations.
Monitor program implementation and conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness and accountability.
School Improvement and Accountability
Direct and monitor School Improvement Plans and Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) Plans.
Maintain regular communication with principals and school leadership teams to monitor progress toward district and school-level goals.
Support schools in analyzing student achievement data and implementing evidence-based improvement strategies.
Ensure federal resources are aligned with school improvement priorities and student achievement objectives.
Program Administration
Direct and oversee Title I, Title II-A, and Title IV programs and othere title programing as needed
Provide leadership and oversight for World Language Immersion and English Learner (EL) programs.
Collaborate with district leaders to develop program priorities, initiatives, and implementation plans that align with district goals and federal requirements.
Facilitate federal program advisory committees and stakeholder engagement activities.
Budget Development and Fiscal Management
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for:
Title I
Title II, Part A
Title IV
Elementary Libraries
Middle School Libraries
High School Libraries
Indirect Costs
Other applicable grant funds as needed
Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with grant requirements and approved budgets.
File related Final Expenditure Reports (FERS) as needed annually
Coordinate with the Finance Department to complete financial reporting, reimbursement requests, and fiscal monitoring activities.
Grant Development and Management
Inform appropriate departments and stakeholders of available grant opportunities.
Facilitate grant application development and submission processes.
Establish and maintain demographic, programmatic, and performance data necessary to support grant applications and proposals.
Monitor grant implementation and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and successful outcomes.
Leadership and Collaboration
Serve as a member of district leadership teams and committees.
Attend Board of Education meetings and provide reports, recommendations, and updates related to federal programs and grant-funded initiatives.
Collaborate with district departments, school administrators, and community stakeholders to advance district goals and student achievement.
Foster positive relationships with state and federal agencies, educational organizations, and community partners.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of federal education programs and regulations, including Title I, Title II, Title IV, and related funding sources.
Knowledge of school improvement planning and accountability systems.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of successful educational leadership experience.
Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, Curriculum and Instruction, Public Administration, or a related field required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing federal programs, grants, and compliance requirements preferred.
Experience in school improvement planning, program evaluation, and budget management preferred.
Experience working in a school district or educational organization.
Doctoral degree preferred.
